This amp is half the size or less than the amplifiers provided in competitors kits, yet pack full size amp power.  Other micro amps may quote big power numbers, but in reality they are more like 15w RMS true power.  This tiny little amp has a true Class-D amp that will put out 50w RMS power into each speaker all day long. 

The Amp has two outputs for the two speakers, one 2ch input that plugs directly into the supplied Bluetooth controller, and a power and ground. It’s already tuned with the proper HPF and Gain settings for the speakers, and matched perfectly with the BT controller. This is a big deal. Even most car stereo shops don’t know how to tune a motorcycle stereo.   Each of our custom systems is run on a test bench at full power before it’s sold.

We think this is the ultimate sound for bikes without fairings!  Not only will it provide phenomenal sound quality at any speed, but it is also very practical.  It looks like it belongs on the bike.  If you’re like us, that’s a HUGE factor.  It doesn’t get in the way of the steering or you feet up front, and takes up very little room in the bags.  And it’s all made to a quality standard that belongs on your Harley.  These aren’t toys.

We’ll put this kit up against anyone else’s Road King system, and are quite confident it will embarrass any competitors.

Although a Road King is the most common application for this kit, it will work with any Harley with hard bags and crash bars.

All of this for less than it would cost to buy everything separately, but with our help putting it all together.

Amplifier will need to go in one of the bags.  This doesn’t take up a lot of space, but it will mean one of the bags becomes difficult to remove.  We provide a quick-release for the other bag, which just contains a 6×9, so it can be easily removed.

These have the same sound as our normal 4in speakers but in a more expensive housing that matches some bikes better. The mounting is also more flexible, allowing more angles before tightening.

We’re Socal’s most respected motorcycle sound installers and we started building these for our customers to get around the limitations of the other brands.  Installing a HIGH QUALITY 4in speaker in a chrome spotlight is a great idea (speaker is a 4in speaker, shell is 4 3/4in).  It provides so much better sound and a much higher quality appearance than any other name brand handlebar mounted speaker.  Other small companies have been doing it for years.

HOWEVER:

Others are NOT water resistant Marine rated.  This leads to issues anywhere your bike may get even a little wet.

We’ve also decided against slapping an ugly label on the grill that can’t be removed.  Our customers didn’t like that so ours are cleaner (we don’t feel you should have to pay to advertise for us).

Premium Custom Powder Coated Black speakers with FULLY MARINIZED Polk Speakers.

Very similar to our 4in speakers, but with a larger speaker in a larger housing.  Provides a bit more output when you have the room.  Can be mounted on the handlebar of some bikes, but usually used on the crash bar.  Upright or upside down.

We provide 6ft of pure copper speaker wire, because we know your amp isn’t always going to be a few feet from your speakers. Price is per pair.

These are sold with high quality black clamps.  Please measure and choose the correct size.

VADM4: 4-Channel Compact Amplifier

This is a great little amp with a bigger yet still compact form and a little extra power  than our TC-400.  Highly recommended when you can fit the extra size.

Yes, you read the right, this kit uses our own amplifier and it’s UGLY.  Why do we build our own amplifiers?   Because all of the amplifiers out there are either way too big or very wimpy.  This amp is half the size or less than the amplifiers provided in competitors kits, yet pack full size amp power.  Other micro amps may quote big power numbers, but in reality they are more like 15w RMS true power.  This tiny little amp has a true Class-D amp that will put out 50w RMS power into each speaker all day long.  Why it it ugly?   Because it’s got a ton of heat sink space and no box to cover the ugly stuff.  Besides, it’s so tiny you’ll be hiding it anyway.

These are the only truly properly amplified 4in speakers currently made.  Others claim outrageous power, but you don’t have to listen to them for long to realize you’ve been fooled.  Others claim “peak” power numbers which are meaningless.  These are true amplified speakers with their own 24v power supply and a 2 channel 100w RMS amplifier built in.  That’s why they are a little deeper than others.  THE DIFFERENCE IS SUBSTANTIAL!

For those who are technically minded we use a TPA3116 amplifier at 24v.  A quick look at the spec sheets for this well know class-D amplifier chip will verify our claims.

A small (2″ x 2″ x 1″) completely weather sealed power supply will need to be mounted somewhere.  This is what gives these speakers 2-3 times the output of others.  Many owners put this box on the front of the frame, but it can really go anywhere.

While no 4in speaker can match the capability of the 6in speakers on a full size fairing touring bike, these are at least pleasantly useful at any speed.  If you’ve ever been on a bike with other amplified mini speakers you know why this is so important.
